Piedmont Park expansionPotential buyers of our Atlanta condos for sale will be pleased to learn that Piedmont Park’s Phase One expansion has once again resumed. This project, which will add 53 acres to the northside of the park near Ansley Mall, stalled out in 2011 due to a lack of financial resources. Now, the Piedmont Park Conservancy has raised enough fund to continue the expansion.

When complete, Phase One will add North Piedmont Park and Piedmont Commons, which will include the Legacy Fountain and Promenade, basketball courts, bocce courts, expanded dog park, new lawns, the wetlands, a re-naturalized Clear Creek, a new aquatic center, Greystone event facility and more.

Phase Two of this project will address the Piedmont Gardens, which is in the eastern part of the park and will include an outdoor gardening classroom and community garden.

Potential buyers and residents alike choose to buy our elegant Atlanta condos due to their close proximity to the south’s “Central Park.” 1010 Midtown is literally just blocks away from Piedmont Park’s southwestern side, and our residents enjoy all of the activities and events available to them at this local attraction.

Plus, just like the park, our condos are pet-friendly, meaning that spending time with Fido in the great outdoors couldn’t  get any easier!

Stop by today for a tour of our condos located in the heart of 12th & Midtown to learn more about how you too could be living life on the edge.
