1010 Midtown is a Walkers’ Paradise

And, according to the Walk Score definitions, any community receiving a score between 90 and 100 is considered a “Walkers’ Paradise: Most errands can be accomplished on foot and many people get by without owning a car.”
Being able to reside in Atlanta without having to own a car is one of the greatest luxuries a community can offer. A rise in gas prices will have absolutely no effect on you. Plus, without a monthly car payment and insurance, you will have much more money every month to devote to yourself - whether you want to see a musical, pamper yourself at a local spa, try a new restaurant or shop. And, walking to all of your destinations is a much healthier way of life. Simply by completing your daily tasks, you are getting more physical exercise and increasing your daily steps. All in all, it seems life without a car is superb.
