The high rise has already attracted lots of attention from Atlanta for its beautiful design - now the residential and commercial high rise has everyone talking about the new restaurants opening this year.

The prominent location was the biggest draw for Scott Kilpatrick, co-founder of RA Sushi, one of the new restaurants that recently opened in 1010 Midtown. According to an article in the AJC, Scott didn’t have any regrets about opening a new restaurant despite the recession. Recently, President Bush signed the housing stimulus bill turning it into the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008.
