We had over 30 participants at the Loews Atlanta Tweet Up, when originally we had said we would only be taking 25 12th & Midtown followers. Many Atlantans were anxiously awaiting the exclusive tour of the luxury new hotel that we were offering, and it was just impossible to keep the cap at 25. Those in attendance were given a detailed tour of the hotel, which included the conference center, restaurant, exhibit hall and guest suites. We couldn’t be happier with the response! All participants chronicled their journey with live updates on Twitter and some even went into more detail after the event by writing a blog post about it. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and @TheGreatDanaJ was our lucky winner of a two night stay at Loews Atlanta.

The 12th & Midtown Loews Tour Tweet Up was such a success, that there was no other option than to host a similar event for the 1010 Midtown condos. Unlike the Loews Tour that took place during lunch, the 1010 Midtown condos tweet up will be a cocktail hour in the evening. What better way to unwind after a long day of work than by enjoying tasty appetizers and refreshing cocktails?

Posted on Saturday, November 17th, 2007

Midtown Atlanta condo buyers are looking for luxury, and condo developers are giving it to them.

That’s according to an Atlanta Business Chronicle article, “Demand for high-end is difficult to quantify.”

The combination of cultural amenities (like the High Museum, Fox Theatre and Atlanta Symphony) along with upscale dining and shopping make Midtown an attractive location for million dollar condo buyers. Condos like this offer the best views, best features, biggest units and most luxurious finishes.

1010 Midtown’s Steve Baile, Senior Vice President for Atlanta Operations with Daniel Corporation was quoted
